Our core values

Seven values that guide our conduct, decision-making and ministry practice — binding on staff, board and partners alike.

Core values

The bedrock of our identity

These values guide our conduct, decision-making and ministry practice. They are binding on everyone serving in GTI — staff, board members and partners alike.

Faithfulness to Scripture

Faithful Bible teaching is the foundation of all our training. We equip gospel workers to rightly handle God’s Word for the building up of Christ’s Church.

2 Timothy 2:15

Christ and the Gospel

Through the gospel, by the power of the Holy Spirit, we form Christlike leaders whose lives and ministries are shaped by the cross and devoted to His service.

Team Work

Great impact in kingdom work is achieved through collective effort. We value mutual respect, shared responsibility and collaboration.

Dependence on God

Only God gives spiritual life and growth. Prayer is central to our ministry as we depend on the Holy Spirit for wisdom, provision and lasting fruit.

The Local Church

GTI exists to strengthen, not replace, the ministry of the local church — faithfully equipping the gospel workers who serve the congregation.

Partnership

We gladly work alongside churches, denominations, theological institutions and like-minded organisations that share our commitment to biblical truth.

Faithful Stewardship

We are committed to integrity, accountability, transparency and wise stewardship of every opportunity and resource God entrusts to us.

Would you like to partner and pray with us?

GTI prayerfully seeks gospel-minded individuals, churches, institutions and organisations to share the work — so that no one misses training because of cost. The door is open.
